Job Summary and Scope of Responsibility:

The Sr. Industrial Designer will collaborate with Product and Engineering Managers to shape industrial design strategies and create innovative solutions for ideaForge brands. Responsibilities include developing product architecture, design concepts, and CAD models, as well as creating prototypes and design specifications. The role involves project planning, scheduling, and independent work both domestically and internationally.

Essential Functions:

Report on consumer trends in digital design driven by art, business, or tech innovation.Conduct ethnographic research to gain insights and advocate for end users.

Use research insights to generate new design concepts through storyboards, sketches, and prototypes.

Present design insights and visions to stakeholders using multimedia tools like video and animation.

Develop detailed design specifications including style guides and CFM requirements.

Maintain confidentiality to protect ideaForge’s reputation.

Stay current with industry trends through workshops, publications, and professional networks.

Collaborate with the team and contribute to projects as needed.
