Position: Architect

Location: New Delhi

Type : Only work from office

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our talented team to develop creative architectural designs from concept through to completion.

• Prepare drawings, plans, and blueprints using AutoCAD, sketchup, and other industry-standard software.

• Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure design integrity and compliance with building codes and regulations.

• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to coordinate project requirements and timelines.

• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to design challenges

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Proven experience in architectural design and project management.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with 3D modeling software is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in hospitality design
