Responsibilities

Develop creative strategy: Create a vision for clients, including the visual style and thematic direction for projects

Lead creative teams: Manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives

Collaborate with clients: Meet with clients to understand their needs and ensure that deliverables meet their goals

Manage projects: Oversee projects from start to finish, including scheduling, resource prioritization, and cost estimates

Communicate: Review and approve creative work, answer questions, and provide updates to clients

Build a creative environment: Encourage creative thinking and nurture talent within the team
