Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Graphic Designer to create visually compelling and high-performing ad creatives for Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to design engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scroll-stopping ad creatives, banners, and visuals for paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

• Develop engaging graphics, animations, and short-form videos for social media ads, email marketing, and landing pages.

• Optimize creatives based on performance data (A/B testing, CTR, conversion rates) to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Maintain brand consistency while creating visually appealing marketing assets.

• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute new ad creative ideas based on trends and audience insights.

• Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and media buyers to produce high-converting campaigns.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, specifically in digital marketing or advertising.

• Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives, marketing graphics, and digital content.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools.

• Experience in designing for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads is a plus.

• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and how design impacts them.

• Ability to think creatively, iterate quickly, and adapt to data-driven feedback.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!)

• Experience in motion graphics and video editing.

• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or Sketch.

• Interest in food, sustainability, and storytelling.
