Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop school uniforms, sportswear, and athleisure collections that blend comfort, performance, and style.

• Integrate athleisure elements into traditional school uniforms to create modern, functional designs.

• Source and recommend sustainable fabrics that enhance durability, breathability, and flexibility.

• Develop technical sketches, patterns, and prototypes that align with our brand identity.

• Collaborate with production teams to ensure high-quality garment construction and ethical manufacturing processes.

• Research and implement innovations in performance wear, including moisture-wicking, stretchable, and recycled materials.

• Work with schools and institutions to develop customisable uniform solutions that meet dress codes while maintaining a contemporary look.

• Ensure inclusivity in sizing and fit, catering to different body types and comfort needs.

• Stay updated on industry trends in athleisure, sportswear, and sustainable fashion to keep our collections fresh and competitive.
