Thirdbase is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and bring our vision to life. If you have at least 3 years of experience working at a Tier 1 marketing agency/ D2C Brand and a proven track record of creating high-converting ad campaigns for D2C brands, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

- Design compelling visuals for ads, social media, email campaigns, and our website.

- Create high-performing ad creatives that drive clicks and conversions.

- Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns.

- Use data insights to iterate and optimize creatives for maximum performance.

- Stay updated with D2C design trends and apply them to your work.

What You Bring:

- Minimum 3 years of experience at a Tier 1 marketing agency.

- Proven success in creating high-converting ad campaigns for D2C brands.

- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.

- Strong storytelling ability to translate ideas into engaging visuals.

- Data-driven approach to design, balancing aesthetics and performance.

- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering polished work.

- Awareness of current trends in D2C design and advertising.
