Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer / Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic agency team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can create stunning graphics and engaging animations for various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing, social media, and content teams to deliver compelling designs that align with the agency's clients' brand guidelines and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, marketing materials, print ads, and other digital platforms.

• Design branding elements including logos, brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional materials.

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

Motion Graphics:

• Develop high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms, advertisements, and social media.

• Create engaging animated explainer videos, intros, transitions, and promotional video content.

• Work with video editing software to create seamless animations and incorporate graphic elements.

Collaborate:

• Work closely with content creators, copywriters, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative assets that meet client needs.

• Provide creative input and suggestions during brainstorming sessions.

Stay Updated:

• Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to ensure innovative and current designs.

• Continuously experiment with new design techniques and tools to improve the quality of work.

  
  

Requirements:

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Motion Graphic Designer, preferably in an agency setting.

• A strong portfolio showcasing design and motion graphic work across various platforms.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.

• Expertise in animation, video editing, and motion graphics techniques.

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with 3D modeling and animation tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.

• Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
