Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our brand’s visual identity across digital and physical platforms. Key Responsibilities:

In-App Graphics Design:

- Design engaging thumbnails, banners, and in-app visuals to enhance user engagement.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure consistency and alignment across the app.

Creative Experimentation:

- Experiment with layouts, colors, and compositions to create innovative designs.

- Leverage performance metrics (e.g., CTR) to refine and improve designs.

Poster Design:

- Create visually striking posters for marketing campaigns, events, and internal branding.

- Focus on impactful messaging through well-crafted layouts.

Print and Digital Expertise:

- Develop designs optimized for digital platforms (e.g., apps, social media) and physical mediums (e.g., posters, merchandise).

- Ensure print designs meet technical specifications such as resolution, bleed, and color accuracy.

Branding and Consistency:
