Job Title: Contract-Based Industrial/Product Designer for Smart Fan Heater

Location: Hyderabad, India (On-site collaboration)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the industrial design process for the "smart fan heater", from concept ideation to final design.

- Work closely with the engineering and software teams to ensure the product is both aesthetic and functional, aligning with manufacturing constraints.

- Contribute to the overall look, feel, and user experience, focusing on ease of use, cost-efficiency, and innovative design solutions.

- Ensure that the design meets all necessary regulatory and safety standards.

- Communicate design ideas through sketches, renderings, and prototypes.

- Prototyping: Develop prototypes using 3D modeling, cardboard/paper mockups, or foam mockups to test and iterate designs.

- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in product design, ideally in home appliances or consumer electronics.

- Strong skills in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar).

- A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, with an understanding of manufacturing processes.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, software, manufacturing).

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with smart home or IoT products.

- Familiarity with materials and processes for home appliance design.

- Prior experience working with international markets and regulatory standards.
