Roles & Responsibilities (Responsibilities we entrust you with)-

1. At Mintuitive, you would be handling multiple projects across disciplines in a fast-paced environment

2. Drive primary & secondary research to understand user behaviours, needs, and motivations as per ethical guidelines

3. Derive research insights and convert them to usable use cases and features

4. Create user personas, journey maps, and user flows, etc., to inform the design process

5. Participate in design sprints and eventually lead them

6. Collaborate and work independently with product managers.

7. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions

8. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience

9. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design
