Role Description:

This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful design projects across packaging, print, digital media, and event activations, playing a critical role in shaping brand perception and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver high-quality marketing collaterals, including packaging, advertisements, and digital assets.

• Develop creative strategies for events, in-store activations, and campaigns.

• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into compelling visual assets.

• Lead and mentor a team of designers and external partners, ensuring excellence in execution.

• Stay ahead of design trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.

• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in creative roles, with 4+ years specializing in brand design.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution.

Skills:

• Strong expertise in design principles, typography, and motion graphics.

• Experience in integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and print.

• Proven leadership and project management skills in creative environments.

• Prior experience with consumer brands is a significant advantage.
