We are seeking a creative and innovative Toy Designer to join our team. As a Toy Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and developing engaging and safe toys for children. Your expertise in design, creativity and understanding of child development will help us create toys that inspire imagination, learning and fun.

Your key responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and design innovative toys, considering factors such as age, skill level and safety.

2. Develop detailed design specifications, prototypes and mock-ups.

3. Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing and marketing.

4. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences.

5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards (e.g. ASTM, EN 71)

6. Create 2D and 3D design visuals, presentations and prototypes.

7. Test and refine toy designs based on user feedback and quality assurance.

8. Maintain design files, records and documentation.

9. Participate in brainstorming sessions and design meetings.

10. Stay current with industry developments, materials and technologies.

Ideally looking for 3 - 6 years of design experience.
