Ideal candidates should possess conceptual and system thinking abilities, have an eye for detail, and excel in decision-making. Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on new features, identifying areas to innovate or improve.

• Take ownership of IA and collaborate with team members to refine user flows.

• Identify future opportunities, working as a thought partner to the product

• Ship, measure, and improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.

• Explore and implement designs for critical systems that enhance user control and functionality.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma

• Strong foundation in UI/UX design principles, with an understanding of design systems

• Conceptual and system thinking abilities, with a focus on solving complex problems

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
