Key Responsibilities:

• Research motifs, fabrics, and techniques relevant to western & ethnic wear.

• Develop sketches, mood boards, and designs to present your ideas.

• Choose appropriate fabrics, embellishments, and trims that align with the design and cultural significance.

• Develop detailed patterns and oversee the creation of sample garments.

• Collaborate with pattern makers and tailors to ensure accurate translation of designs into final products.

• Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are produced to the highest standards.

• Monitor the production process, including quality control and timelines.
