Experience: 3-5 years

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Exhibiting a strong balance of identity, typography, and layout skills

• The ability to get all input needed for the creative process and challenge the brief if needed.

• Is up to date in the newest developments in culture, art, technology, photography, film, advertising, fashion, music, food, culture and identity.

• Conceptualise & produce content for various online & offline platforms including: instagram posts, e-invites, festival branding, packaging, event production assets, and other communication material.

• Build campaign/festival & social media identities with a strong understanding of print & production

• Collaborate across editorial & marketing teams to execute strategy with creative solutions.

• Engage in referencing, pitches & deck development

• Ability to adapt & continuously, discover/implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

• Strong sense of concept development, as well as problem-solving, research and presentation abilities.

• Is professional and feels shared responsibility for overall company performance

Attributes:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a creative agency

• A quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment efficiently.

• Ability to confidently articulate and present to senior management and a greater team.

• Strong, open, and persistent communicator

• Ability to work independently, take lead of projects and be responsive to constructive feedback

• Strong time management skills and understanding of deadlines.

• Ability to identify with Homegrown voice & aesthetic.
