Graphic design and UI Design strategist

We are looking for a talented and motivated Design Strategist with 3+ years of experience in graphic design and UI to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work and be proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. This is a full-time role focused on digital projects (85-90%) with occasional engagement in cultural and impact projects (10-15%).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within the team.

2. Manage and adhere to project timelines.

3. Develop and drive design strategies while ensuring the highest standards of design and innovation.

4. Suggest and implement strategic process changes to contribute to the company's growth and development.

5. Manage and provide feedback on design deliverables from the team to ensure quality.

6. Communicate clearly and transparently with internal teams and clients.

7. Foster a positive and creative work environment.

8. Continuously learn new design skills and stay updated on the latest design, UI, and tech trends.

9. Share design knowledge and research to help build a stronger design culture within the studio.
