Working with our incredible product team, you’ll be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, designing, and evolving our visual identity & the product. You'd be our go-to for designing UIs, UX & company brand identity.

What your workday would look like?

• Managing the user interface of multiple products.

• Build and work with a team of user researchers to build the Design of the app & input usability.

• Develop wireframes for web, app, and internal dashboards.

• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets

• Build page navigation buttons and search fields

• Develop UI mockups and prototypes using Figma, Balsamiq & other tools.

• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)

• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback

• Independently perform mid-to-high complexity creative tasks that are cohesive, simple, intuitive, and customer-centric.

• Produce creative assets including graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for the product. These include web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activities

• Ability to refine other people’s ideas and develop new ones to create high-quality creative outcomes.

• Analyze, report, and improve your designs; iteratively with each initiative.

What are the qualifying criteria?

• A powerful portfolio demonstrating your creative capacity, with building apps UI & UX

• High proficiency in Figma, Balsamiq, and other design software suited for user interface, wireframing, prototyping backed by data.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in product design.

• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a team and yet deliver as an individual contributor.
